So this week, I have embarked on a new and ridiculous hobby, dumpling making. I know what you are thinking, dumplings? I always thought that it was cool how viturally every culture has their own form of dumpling, Greece has Spinach pies, India has Somosas, England has pies, China has pot stickers and the like. I bought a dumpling press and found round wonton wrappers and went to town. I so far made pot-stickers and now and working my way through a batch of pierogies. It is a lot of fun. I know, kind of cheesy - but at least I can cook :p
